Still not completely happy with the purchase of your braces? No problem. All products can be exchanged at any time within two weeks (14 days viewing period). Even without reason. The only condition is that they are returned unused, undamaged and saleable.

How to return

Return your purchase in its original condition (i.e. in the box or on the cardboard, exactly as you received it) within 14 days. Always include the original invoice. That way, it is clear to us which order it concerns. And we will refund the money as soon as we have received the product in new condition. This usually takes a few days.

Costs for returning are for the customer. We kindly ask you to pay the return costs yourself. In this way we do not have to increase the prices of the products unnecessarily.

We charge a small fee if the suspenders need to be repacked

The product in the packaging must be returned exactly as it was received by you. This applies in particular to the braces, which must be in the packaging in the same way as you received them. If this is not the case and we have to repack the braces, we will charge 10 Euro handling costs (which we will deduct from the amount we refund).
